About Homecrest:
The Homecrest brand was founded in 1953 as the offspring of a retail furniture shop in Wadena, Minnesota when Mert Bottemiller and Al Engelmann set out to offer the market a better ottoman than those offered by their competitors. Care

Cast table tops should be cleaned on a regular basis with mild soap and water using a sponge or rag. A clear liquid automotive wax may be applied 1-2 times a year to protect the finish. If the finished becomes scratched or chipped, sand the affected area lightly with a fine steel wool. Wipe clean, and paint with multiple thin coats, allowing ample dry time in between.

Aluminum frames can be cleaned by simply washing or spraying down the frame with clear water or mild soap and water to remove dust, pollens, chemicals, salt water, dirt, etc. Avoid abrasive cleaners and power washers. To maintain the finish, apply a coat of clear liquid car wax at least once a year.

Do not store items upside down, especially if your area experiences freezing conditions. Moisture can accumulate in the frames and when frozen, can crack, distort, or brake the frame tubing.
