I bought this for work. I work from the computer all day and by the time I go home I can barely move my neck and arms to drive. Bought just the pad for home and had an office chair and it works great as well, but slips around a bit. This was a great price and not only does it give a great massage but the chair is very comfortable all on its own.

I can't comment on the quality of the product because I haven't assembled the chair. It may be months before I can. I am waiting for my basement to be transformed into a family room and plan to put the computer desk and my new chair there. But as far as the service I received from Hayneedle I can say it was excellent.
