Product arrived with holes and what seemed to be paint stains on the finish. I never even finished unpacking the entire product. Clearly no quality control at the factory.

This is by far an excellent piece of furniture for my new TV. It arrived at the exact date, it was so easy to put together and I am a 57 year old gramma. Instructions were very easy to read and they even had some extra parts just in case! I would definitly buy from this company again.

Console is good looking and finished well. The holes for connectors on the end pieces were not positioned properly and I had to drill new holes to make the connections. No big deal for me but it would be a real problem for someone without the proper tools and know how.

[...] All the parts were well labeled and the directions were easy to follow. All the hardware was included and well packaged. It took 1 hour for two people to assemble. Only one problem - the left door would not close properly. After tinkering with the magnet closure and the hinge we finally were able to get the door to stay closed. This was a minor problem and the piece looks beautiful, sturdy, well-made and worth every dollar. I am thrilled with both the pieces of furniture I have purchased thru Hayneedle.

Assembly instructions were clear. Assembled in less than 1 hour. Parts fit perfectly except for one door which needed minor adjustment. It even came with extra screws. It's not just a practical TV stand, it also is a nice piece of furniture in our living room.
