The handsome Greene Grandfather Clock recalls the charm and simplicity of Craftsman decor, with its slender beams of connecting hardwood and bright, attractive Heritage Oak finish. The cream dial provides a pleasant backdrop for dark brown Arabic numerals and hands, while reeded grilles and carved side panels coordinate perfectly with each other for a uniformed appeal. The circular weights and pendulum of brushed brass are given a unique antiquing treatment, along with the delicate hardware that opens the lower and upper doors; these doors lock for security. This commanding, cable-driven piece features a Westminster chime and Kieninger movement, as well as an option to automatically silence the chimes at night. Adjustable levelers under all corners level the clock on uneven or carpeted floors.
