For the price and usability, this machine is outstanding. I have a tendonitis and muscle problem stemming from my right knee through my right hip. This little machine has done more to increase my flexibility and relieve the sharp, catching pain in my hip than any other exercise, medication, or topical treatment has done. I can't be of help at this time because you shipped me the wrong massager . I ordered the battery operated instead I got the electric one . frome the looks of the box and the way it was rapped and the exra tags on the box I must say it was a used one . I returned it to you with the hope to get the right one .
