Took about 90 minutes to carefully put together. No problems encountered in setup. Set table at about 20 degrees and used for about 2 minutes with aid from 2nd person.Got relief after just a 4 sessions, twice a day. Will gradually increase slant and time. This beats Chiropractic adjustments. Pain subsiding. Reduced dependency on pain meds.
