Was delivered as promised. Looks and works spectacularly! Did require a bit of strength to assemble. Would have been easier if I had a hex head set for my ratcheted socket set. Doing all the hex bolts by hand (simple L-wrenches provided) was tiresome and hard with a few of the bolts slightly off center during assembly. Othwerwise great deal for the money.

Received my order next day(even with free shipping)!!
The stand was fairly easy to setup, I did it by myself, but it would have been easier with two people.
The hammock is beautiful. It is a work of art compared to other hammocks I have seen.
The box of the stand was pretty beat up, but everything was there. One of the legs had a chip in the wood, but it was only cosmetic. I called Customer Service and mentioned the issue (also told them that I didn't want to have them send another stand), and they reduced the cost by $25.00 (Enough for me buy some stain and polyurethane to fix up the spot!)
Customer Service was great! This was the first time I have bought something from Hayneedle, and I am sure I will become a frequent shopper here.

[...]. It was quite a challange to put it together by myself. Not that it was complicated, but you need 2 sets of hands. Very comfortable. Both my son and I fit on it nicely. You still have to have pretty good balance, as both of us have flipped off of it at least once. I remove the cover when we go inside. The arc stand seems to be fine in the rain. Quite a bargain compared to when I saw it in the [...]for hundreds more.

The stand was easy to assemble and the hammock was better quality than I expected (for the price of the set). My husband and I love it so far! I only wish that it was stated more clearly in the description that it only holds up t 250 lbs. Maybe it is there and I missed it, but we were a little bummed when it arrived and the sticker had the max weight. Maybe we'll just have to get a second one.
