This was a great pan we had to replace a plastic one that our 14 month old puppy was chewing to pieces. A great addition was a rubber mat from [...] that we put underneath it so it would coushion the sound of his nails and made it not moveable on the metal bottom of his cage. It was well worth it I would recommend this to any pet owner who's dog is chewing the plastic pans or are cracking them from their weight

The new replacement pan is much more durable and thicker but the new angled lip is not as comfortable for the dog as the original that was at a 90 degreee angle and very close to the edge of the cage. You lose 2.5 inches of comfort space because of the angled design on a 42 x 28 x 31 cage.

I bought the 42" Pan - 41.5"L x 26"W x 1.5"D It is very durable, but has a very rough somewhat sharp corners. It doesn't quite fit the width of the cage, but all around better than my dog eating the plastic tray.

Despite the metal being sturdy enough, I wasn't impressed.
The corners were very rough with some sharp
edges. The size was a little skimpy, so the pan is
a bit small for the cage. I was hoping for an indestructible
metal liner, but I'm not comfortable leaving my
puppy alone with this liner.

We have a Golden that still thinks he's a puppy. He will chew anything!!! So naturally he destroyed his plastic kennel pan. I was excited when I found this website, and was looking forward to have something he couldn't demolish. When it arrived it was already bent. We were able to bend it back to almost normal, but when he gets into the kennel, or is moving around in there AT ALL it sounds like someone is crushing cans next to your ears. This pan will certainly stop the chewing problem, but we'll have to find SOMETHING to put between the tray and the kennel floor or we'll go deaf.
