This coat rack stands literally behind the front door when its open. So I needed something not so big. I live alone so most times its only my coats & jackets. Perfect for the job. Really easy to assemble. Took maybe 15 minutes. Only problem is the rack tilts ever so slightly when you put a coat on it. Not a big deal, since it doesn't fall or bend. And it looks really stylish! I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Very disappointed in the product. It was described as having WOOD accents when in fact the tips are plastic or some other synthetic. We decided to keep it because it wasn't worth the trouble/costs to return it. It was to be used in our entryway on the main level but we just stuck it in the mudroom in the lower level of our home.

The shipment arrived on time. However, the base of the coat tree had brown grit stuck to it and some foul smelling liquid smeared on the bottom of the base. I called Hayneedle.com for a refund . they were very co-operative.

Clean design, unobtrusive and very professional looking. I looked online at lots of coat racks...this one fit the bill perfectly. Easy to assemble, holds 4 or 5 coats with ease, and takes us very little space.
