I purchased this product as I travel for work and thought the "bands" would be easy to pack since they are compact and lightweight. The "what is included" is misleading. You receive four strips of different stretchable plastic AND a hard plastic clip to make a "band". The problem is the plastic clip is a good two inches shorter than the width of the bands making it nearly impossible to secure the clip to make a loop. For example, it's very difficult to clip the pink, thickest plastic strip. After a good 2 - 3 minute struggle, I was finally able to get the clip to snap closed, but it came undone when I tested it by stretching the loop I made. I do not plan to use the clip with the plastic strips for fear it would come unclipped during a workout. My clip will be used to keep produce or other bags closed.
