Was very happy with the stools, in spite of the difficulty in assembling them (due to holes not lining up properly.) But, after 4 months they are loose and wobbly. Tried tightening the screws, but after one day they were loose again. They are not solid wood, but pressed wood and split where the screw holes were drilled. Have Gorilla glued them together and hope they will last at least a few more months.

I ordered these to be used at the counter. The color as one person mentioned is a lite cherry stain but the matched my new cabinets well. The only thing I regret is not going with the 29 inch instead of the 24 inch stools.

Stools were purchased for kitchen island. The construction is cheap and the wood is orange. I have 5 stools to return (returns are hassle free but are on the buyer's "dime")....it will cost almost as much to return as the original purchase. Profoundly disappointed in the product and return process.

The picture is NOT the true color. The product is a much lighter cherry color. The product needs to be a much darker cherry color (like the picture)!
