This thermoelectric wine cooler features a premium metallic, silver-finished door trim with double-paned tempered glass. The tinted glass door protects wine from harmful light, and the interior of the cooler features insulated dual-temperature zones with scalloped chrome shelves to cradle and display your wine.

The Kalorik 18-Bottle Wine Cooler uses a state-of-the-art thermoelectric peltier unit to provide vibration-free cooling for your best wines. Vibration from compressor-based cooling systems can disturb the sediments in even the sturdiest of wines. This wine cooler avoids this problem altogether by relying on thermoelectric cooling. Thermoelectric cooling uses no Freon, which can be harmful to the planet, and it is so energy efficient that it uses about as much energy as a 75-watt light bulb. In addition, the peltier cooling unit is silent -the only noise you'll hear is the gentle noise of the fan dissipating heat. The adjustable thermostat means the cooler can be used to store almost any wine varietal under the optimum temperature and humidity conditions.

The cooler's internal, fan-forced circulation eliminates hot spots inside the wine cooler. The cooler features a fan mounted on the back wall to ensure even temperature distribution in each zone. Incandescent light bulbs used in some wine coolers and refrigerators can actually act as mini heaters, raising the temperature in the air surrounding them. This wine cooler features soft interior LED lighting to illuminate your wine without creating uneven heat distribution. The LED light features an on/off switch so you can use it only when you need it.

The cooler holds six layers with three bottles on each layer. The upper zone cools from 44.6°F to 53.6°F, and the lower zone cools from 53.6°F to 64.4°C. The cooler has adjustable feet for leveling. Dimensions: 13.5W x 19.3D x 26H inches.
