I just got the dress in the mail and am in love with it, I can't wait to put it on my 3 month-old daughter for her Christening... The detail is gorgeous, it's so beautiful and elegant, yet simple and understated... I wanted a cotton gown so the baby wouldn't be all slippery during the ceremony and for pictures (this happened with my first child) ... of course it wrinkles, it's cotton, but it's absolutely worth it! Definitely an heirloom.

simple and beautiful - wrinkled more that we would have liked but my grand daughter looked beautiful for her baptism. The gown is not ornate but well appointed with simple and beautiful lace and other touches.
