This umbrella is the perfect size for shading a patio table 36- to 40-inches. Use the included 40 lb. stand for through-table use. You'll need a 75 lb. stand for freestanding use. This umbrella is not recommended for commercial use.
The 40-lb. umbrella stand features a classic floral design and will secure the Key Largo in style. This umbrella stand is made from resilient cast iron for the utmost in stability and durability. An anti-rust primer and weather-resistant powder-coat finish will withstand years of outdoor use. Several color options are available. Protective feet on the base will prevent marring of your deck and patio surface. Both long (13.5-inch) and short (6.5-inch) neck tubes are provided to ensure the stand fits under your table. This umbrella stand is designed for through-table use. You'll need a stand of 75 lbs. or more to use this umbrella in freestanding mode.

I have three umbrellas. We use the umbrella's for shade at my ice cream shoppe. However, on occasion they come in handy on rainy days. We do not have any indoor seating; so they are used rain or shine. They are always up during opperating hours so I quess we use them as "open" signs also. They are all different colors so I use them as outdoor decorations as well.

This umbrella is about what we thought it would be based on the listing. It is easy to set up, and the construction appears to be fine. Of course, it has only been set up a few days, and we guess time will tell how well it holds up. So far, very pleased with the purchase. We especially like the wood pole and spokes, compared to aluminum. Again, time will tell how that holds up in the weather.
