Also, some of the doors do not stay closed or you have to slam them to get them to shut. Overall, a very nice set and I'm glad we got it, however, for the money, I was expecting a little better.

sturdy, imaginative toy for young children. assembly daunting unless you have someone handy around you can bribe to spend 2 hours sorting through all the pieces. happily, we did, but wouldn't it be possible to have a pre-assembled version that was sent in a slightly larger box? know other grandparents would appreciate that, even if there was an additional cost involved.

it took a while to assemble but the other reviews were right on... Took a couple hours but well worth it once my daughter saw it!! It is small but so is my soon to be 3 year old.

I would have given this a five star except for one panel that was probably an eighth of an inch too long. Otherwise, the construction was perfect. It took a little while to put it together, but it was worth it. Sooooo cute!
