I use the kneeler in my kitchen to get into the back of my bottom cupboards (tile floor is tough on the knees and this product is quick to get out and use.
I also use it in my gardening - great cushion - keeps my knees clean and I just flip it over and sit for a quick break. I am old and round and not able to get up off the floor easily so this was the perfect item for me - the sides are strong and I have no problem getting up by using them.
