First time I received the product it arrived broken. THe order was shipped and the parts bag is open and pieces missing or broken

We are using this black seat in our second bathroom (my husband's) because we have been attempting to make this small bath more masculine with dark bronze faucets, towel racks, light fixture, etc. The black seat looks good on the beige toilet, but the shiny black surface does show finger prints more easily than I would have wished. Other than that, it is very nice and I would order it again.
