We purchased several of these cribs and out of the first 7 that we purchased, 2 of them had damages. One was very scratched up and the other one had a pretty decent sized crack in it. We weren't able to bolt one of the pieces together because the crack ran through where the bolt was supposed to go. We contacted the manufacturer and they sent us out a replacement piece right away. Other than that, we are pleased with the cribs. Very easy to transport them and they are pretty sturdy.
