Pros: This seems to have all the features and data we wanted and it seems accurate. Attractive display, and the outdoor pieces aren't so big that they're an eyesore. It was a little time consuming to set up. We put up a pole to mount the wind sensor, but it could go on a fence or many other places, depending on your yard. Cons: The instructions don't flow well, maybe they've been translated from another language...? Anyway, I found nowhere in the instructions any info about the "Start Up Pin", but it is for the wind sensor. On the bottom, there is a hole with teeny tiny lettering. You use the pin to press a reset button up inside the hole. The solar battery on the wind sensor needs to stay in the sun for a day before it works. Overall: Now that it's all running, we love the product.

Nice to have remote sensors, no wires. I like the self-emptying rain guage. The thermometer is 2-3degrees off. Compared it to other thermometers I had that were consistently accurate for much less money. Seems accurate indoors, but even when sensor is not very far away, not an accurate reading from outdoors.

Comments about La Crosse Technology Wireless Weather Pro Center:
PURCHASING THE PRODUCT WAS EXTREMELY EASY AND SHIPPING WAS SURPRISINGLY FAST.
GETTING IT UP AND RUNNING, NOT SO MUCH. THE SENSORS ALL SEEM TO BE WORKING AND THE READOUT DISPLAYS. I DOWNLOADED THE SOFTAWRE WITHOUT ANY TROUBLE, AND IT RUNS ON MY PC.
THE TROUBLE I FOUND IS THAT THE USB TRANSCEIVER DOESN'T TALK TO THE COMPUTER AT ALL. NO COMMUNICATIONS. I SENT AN EMAIL TO THE VENDOR, WHICH THEY FORWARDED TO LACROSSE. I'M STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE.

Comments about La Crosse Technology Wireless Weather Pro Center:
The only reason it didn't give it 5 stars is because the set up information is not good. I was using the WS-2310, and I had knowledge of using it to help with the set up on my new WS-2811U-1T.

Comments about La Crosse Technology Wireless Weather Pro Center:
I received my order 3 days ahead of the scheduled ETA which was a great surprise to this writer. Everything arrived undamaged and complete. Setting wasn't all that bad at all. I just set everything up in the family room about 10 feet apart from each sensor and went from there. Once setup I put all the sensor close to the areas that I wanted to set them permanently and they worked great. During the first night of use due to an error I believe was my fault the wind sensor came off of the pole during a 34.5 MPH gust and broke 2 wind cups off. (I believe I did not push it onto the holder far enough for it to lock on.) I'm in the process of obtaining a new assembly so I can get it up and running again. I am having a tough time trying to figure out what can and what cannot be put on graphs and just how to do it as the instructions are quite vague and you have to look in about 200 locations for the info. Other than that, so far I think it is a great product and only time will give it a good test.
