My first order was a nightstand and dressers. The dresser was damaged by the shipper, private company. I telephone hayneedle, very helpful, and was given credit. Ordered second nigthstand, shipped by Fed Ex. The nightstand was damaged. I did not bother to call hayneedle. I like their products, but shippers could care less. I will not order something that must to be shipped, too much hassle to return. Your company needs hold your shippers accountable. I am sure you have lost other customers because of poor quality shippers.
