Made from heavy-duty cast iron, this French oven distributes heat evenly no matter the source (gas, electric, induction stoves and oven), while the heavy, no-slide lid helps ensure moisture stays sealed in. Handsome flame orange enamel covers the exterior, tough against chipping and staining (sand colored interior enamel helps prevent sticking and burning). 3.5-, 4.5-, 5.5-, 7.25-, and 9-quart sizes are available. Pieces are dishwasher safe.
