Beautiful mirror, frame is wider then I thought and looks even better, we had a small problem they took care of it very quickly they get 5 stars for customer service and 5 for the mirror.very few companies like this with such great service.

This is a "replacement" mirror as the first one of the TWO we ordered arrived in small, 'rattling'
pieces. Hayneedle very generously and graciously offered to mail another mirror, and it
arrived perfectly, just as the other one of two had. I am highly impressed with Hayneedle's
customer service policies. Thank you for caring about your customers!

I ordered TWO "Leola Antiqued Bronze & Gold Wall Mirrors" for our bathroom. One
arrived in perfect condition, but the glass on the other was in shatters. Upon hearing
the 'jingling & jangling' when I moved the box indoors, I did not open the package until
I had heard from Hayneedle's Customer Service. WOW! I had a prompt response telling me
to either donate or discard the damaged mirror and was offered a replacement, which, upon
my authorization, was ordered immediately. The mirror we did open is very heavy and
quite beautiful. It is absolutely perfect for its intended purpose. I am extremely impressed
with Hayneedle's friendliness and helpfulness. Many other businesses these days could
learn from Hayneedle's customer service policies. Thank you!!
