The table is exactly as pictured, the finish is very nice. Easy to assemble but bulky, so you probably need 2 people. My only complaint was that it's shipped with big styrofoam blocks which had disintigrated pretty badly and made a big mess when the box was opened and pulling the pieces out. The box that held the 'leg' pieces was somewhat damaged, so there was a very slight mar at the top of one leg (I just colored with a crayon). I'm actually using the table as a corner tv stand for a 60" tv, and it works really well for that.

I love the table, i did not know that I would have to assemble it myself, which was very difficult. After I put it all together it has a few scratches amd one large dent.
