The product was a 4, The process for recieving product needs work. The time of arrival was supose to be the 15th. I called on the 27th to check on product and it hadn't been sent. Once it was sent it arrived very quickly. I as the customer shouldn't have to search for the product I have orderd and paid for. I am not sure if it would have been sent with out my questioning.

Nothing real special. The assembly of the product comes with terrible instructions and it takes over three hours to put together. The end product is average, the hoop was a little bent when i got it. Overall not very satisfied.

Purchased this for our grandchildren to use while visiting us. Excellent quality, extremely easy to set up and looks very nice by our pool! Has not been used yet but from the looks of it, it should hold up well and be enjoyed for many summers.
