I'm giving this three stars, as I didn't receive the item that I ordered and it's now backordered. I must say that the item I did receive was very well pack for shipping and customer service was great for the pickup of the wrong item. Hopefully I can reorder this itme in a few weeks. I feel that Hayneedle is a great company,and I look forward to furture business with them!
