I will be using the rug in my dining room on hardwood flooring. The colors are as I imagined them to be. It seems to be made well.
Service and delivery comments:
I want to warn potential buyers of products from this company not to rely on the delivery date given at time of order. I ordered my rug on Oct. 20, received it Nov. 10. I was suppose to receive it Oct. 28 and had a party on Oct. 30, thought I would have it in time but they said it was on backorder. The following week they told me it was ready to ship, customer service even checked to see if it was in stock, said it was and would ship the next day. Next day I get an email saying it was delayed again. I called customer service again and they said they were waiting on the yarn to make it. I was about ready to cancel the order if it hadn't come this week. I like the rug so far.
