I had hoped for this product to be everything it looked like on the website. The color and style were nice and the size of the tray table was above average. [...] all four were pretty wobbly. There was no way to tighten them up. I ended up returning my purchase.

I bought a set of these about a year ago based on their look, color finish, style, and price. They were so well wrapped that it was a chore to unwrap them. The stand was relatively easy to assemble, but very wobbly. The leg on one of the trays was broken (where the dowell rod of the cross piece fits into the folding leg). I glued that the best I could, not really wanting to mess with shipping the set back. Since then, the legs on another one broke merely by folding it up to put it away. The tables look nice, but they are not very sturdy at all. I liked them because the finish and style went well with my decor. Out of the four tables in the set, I am down to 2 that I can still use. Don't waste your money on these.

The tables looked great but there was damage on two of the tables. The return service operator was kind and helpful.
I didn't have to pay for the return shipment, they sent me a paid return shipping label.
I intend to order the tables again after I see how quickly they credit my card.

I have to wonder if I would have been happier if I bought a bit more expensive product that would have been better quality. Too much assembly required and not as nice as I expected, had some dings and chips, but worst of all, it says 5 trays but it came with 4 not 5. I didn't complain as I am too busy to have time to worry about sending it back, but I won't be ordering anything else from them.
