The biggest problems that I had with this item were how flimsy it seemed. I have a stainless steel kitchen utensil holder by a competing brand that looks and feels sturdier without being bulky. I was expecting something quite similar.
Also, the picture used to advertise this on-site doesn't match what was received, probably due to the photo sample differing from production. The lip at the base and opening is curved outward rather than inward as pictured. The overall effect is that of a cheap paint can with the label removed.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was prompt and returning was easy. My only criticism would be that since the item received differs from the advertised picture my refund should be in full and the company should either eat that cost or pass it along to vendor as a chargeback. As it stands, I paid about $7-10 just to look at this unsatisfactory item in person.
