I received the bench on time. Upon openning the package all the parts were wrapped in plastic. I did notice some minor paint scratches on some of the parts, probably happened at the factory, some quality control on the manufacturer is in order. I assembled the bench with no problems, instructions where clear and easy to follow. I tried it out doing some dumbell press incline and flat, the bench felt comfortable and stable. The seat is a adjustable to 3 positions which is good for declines and the backrest to 6 positions. It would have been great, if there was a removable foot holder when doing decline exercises, I will have to rig something to keep from sliding when doing declines. Overall its a good bench for the money.

EZ to build. Two people would have made it even easier but I was able to put it together myself. Good construction. Perfect for light to medium weight training
