I was disappointed. 50% of my business is chair massage. I was looking for a new chair, and was disappointed with this brand. The face cushion was smaller than normal. The chair positon angle was too upright. It does not seem to put the client in a relaxing positon.

I needed this for my first festival. I love the fact that it is very sturdy and folds up completely and packs in the case without taking anything apart. It is very comfortable and can be ajusted to anyones' height. So far I have not found anything not so great about this product.
Service and delivery comments:
Customer service said it would arrive on the following Wendesday and the Fed Ex guy pulled in after lunch. It was in excellent condition. I was very pleased. My festival was on Saturday.
