It seems to be of very good quality, came well packaged, nothing broken. I have bought other things from Hayneedle, and have been happy with quality, and especially the delivery time. I didn't put this up in our dining room because the color is more brown than I expected. So, if you are looking for a darker, almost black chandelier, this is not the one you want.
