An excellent choice for multi-child rooms and great for slumber parties, this lovely twin-over-full bunk bed is constructed of durable and sturdy wood protected by a pure white finish for a charming, cheerful flair. Decorative feet, round finials, and arched headboards and footboards enhance the cozy, traditional look. The top bunk features guardrails for added security. A sturdy and stable ladder is suspended from one end to allow your child to safely climb up and down. The top bunk fits a twin mattress, while the lower bunk accommodates a full mattress with the included May Conversion Kit. It also features an optional under-bed trundle for additional sleep space and storage.

All four boxes arrived on time no hassel about that ....Very spacious easy to asemble I give hayneedle A+. What you see is what you get the wood which is made looks and feels resistant I was worried about that no problem.

Service and delivery comments:
This bunk bed was ordered one week ago today, shipped from Calif. to Maryland. Before placing my order, I spoke to the sales rep of my concerns regarding partial shipments. I had read in the review/ comment section about another customer who was frustrated over waiting for additional pieces to be shipped. The sales rep confirmed that the bed was to be shipped in four (4) pieces.
Two days ago I was notified that the shipment had arrived and that today was the scheduled delivery day, between 10am and 4pm, driver will call one hour before curbside delivery. Now I just got a call stating that only three (3) pieces were on the truck and delivery would be tomorrow instead. It's not like I ordered a 50 piece shipment. Four (4) boxes. Very easy to keep four boxes numbered and kept together. Example: "one of four", "two of four", "three of four",.. This isn't rocket science people. Any wonder America is losing the battle of business to other countries,..!!
Hayneedle should GUARANTEE that when a scheduled shipment delivery is set up, that ALL items in that order are available BEFORE anyone ever schedules a delivery date. Plain and simple. Somehow I knew this was going to happen. And it did. I am very disappointed with your company for allowing this problem to continue. Shame on you.
