Meade #937 Telescope 2 Inch Diagonal MirrorItem#: HN-MEAD068
Crafted for quality, the 2-inch diagonal mirror permits wide fields of view impossible to achieve with eyepieces of smaller barrel diameter.
The focuser of the Meade DS-2080AT telescope includes a 2-inch eyepiece holder to accept the oversize diagonal mirror, which in turn accepts eyepieces of 2-inch barrel diameter. An adapter is included to allow for the use of standard 1.25-inch eyepieces in the 2-inch Diagonal Mirror as well.
Note: the mirror is required only on the DS-2080AT telescope. DS reflecting telescopes (e.g., DS-2114ATs) do not require a diagonal mirror to use 2-inch eyepieces.

Comments about Meade #937 Telescope 2 Inch Diagonal Mirror:
This was a very economical right angle prism for my 90mm guide scope that rides on top of my C11. Arrived within a day and half...very good.
The diagonal would not fit into the standard draw tube of my Meade 90mm refractor. I am aware that it did state -"Designed for Meade DS-2000 refracting models" - ....and perhaps the draw tube is larger on that model than is the usual, but the O.D was too large to fit...just by a few millimeters. I though perhaps it was my 90mm at fault, so I tried it on the C11's 2" Crayford focuser....same thing. So it's the diagonal.
No big...all I had to do was to shave it down just enough to slide snugly inside the 90mm draw tube. Works beautifully, with bright images and it does not weigh much, (90% plastic)...which is good.
I like it, but beware that it may not fit all 2" drawtubes.
