Accessory adapter
Description
SC thread to 2" Accessory Adapter, allows the use of 2" slip fit accessories on all LX and RCX telescopes.
One side of the adapter is threaded to attach onto the 2 inch diameter rear cell threads of SCT telescopes. The other side accepts conventional 2" diagonals and accessories are held in place by 2 ball-head thumbscrews. Adapter is 2.9" long and weighs 7 ounces.

This is the missing link... If you are using a nexstar 8 SE scope this is the link you need to upgrade your diagonal to a 2" from the 1.25 stock diagonal that comes with your scope. The adapter comes with another part screwed on to it just toss that aside and remove your stock visual back and replace with this item. its that easy. since celeston does not offer this item get this meade part and open your 8 SE scope the urber world of 2" eyepeices/diagonal. [$] for this imo a bit expensive, but what do you do when you need the item.... you pay the high price. should be a 10$ part or less
