The optional personalization is embroidery featuring white thread in block lettering.

Shopped quite a bit and found this bag to be reasonably priced. It's perfect for my 3-year old boy. Would get a bigger size though if I did it again so that he could grow into it.

Product arrived without ordered personalization. Talking to customer service was very frustrating; received conflicting answers from several people. It took a supervisor to straighten out the situation.
