This was the second pair of Minnetonka Ultimate moccasins I bought this year (from two different online vendors). Both looked mismatched & scruffy. This pair had a huge gap where the sheepskin wasn't sewn on to the sole. Hayneedle's Customer Service rep was very good to work with and the financials were worked out to my satisfaction. This just isn't a good year for quality control at Minnetonka, I guess.

These things are on my feet from the second I walk in the door to the second I leave my house. I guess I do take them off to sleep and shower, but other than that they are glued to my feet. I am so happy with these, they are super comfortable and I bet they will last a long time.
