I was so excited to get this watch, as I have started running alot more. I purchased with the promise (the manufacturer) that this watch accurately counted your calories out, by providing your personal info. (weight, height age etc.) This is completly inaccurate! The calorie counter only works if the pedometer is active and running. This would be fine, but the pedometer is totally inaccurate as well. I took this watch on 2- 5 mile runs, and it only counted 2 miles 6800 steps and 193 calories burned. I was very disappointed in this purchase. I will be returning this item.

I bought the watch for my husband because he has started running. It does everything - measures distance, heart rate, calories burned. It is a great aid to him. Also, Hayneedle is a firstrate company. When it originally came, it was missing instructions. Hayneedle immediateley sent us another watch with instructions with no hassles.
