Needed a small computer desk. This one is just perfect. I love the wood. It is well made. My husband put lacquer on it so it could take spills. I put my printer on the lower shelf. When I have the keyboard drawer out I can still sit comfortably without hitting the printer. The little drawer that slides out for the mouse is very handy. Being able to slide the keyboard drawer back in to make a compact desk is just wonderful. Very happy with this product.

This was the perfect piece for me - I just wanted a small desk space in the kitchen and this is no larger than it needs to be - extremely well made - not pressboard! A sturdy piece of furniture - put your computer on this and it won't fall over! Room for all the necessities of a basic desktop computer set-up with a keyboard tray and even a small slide out for the mouse that works on either the left or the right. I definitely recommend it.

This is a nice, clean solid wood desk which fits together very well and is level and sturdy. The wood is unfinished and you will need to finish it if you want it to last. I went through the process of sanding and varnishing two coats on all surfaces and a third coat on the surfaces which will be subject to wear. The easiest finish option is probably "oil" type products that can be rubbed on with a cloth. This would eliminate the sanding although I would recommend sanding the desktop at least.
This is a great choice for a clutterbug like me - only room for the monitor and not a huge surface to bury in junk.
