Arrived on the day it was supposed to. There was no packing list and the assembly instructions were, at best, very poor. Upon finishing assembly, I was short three ring washers. The pre-drilled wholes for the left arm rest did not align as supposed; so I had to drill one hole in order to install it properly. I purchased this bench strictly for decoration, therefore, the 4 stars. Assembly will be difficult for anyone who is not handy!
