Featuring a stunning slate panel, each fountain is hand-crafted and truly unique. Each hand-selected piece of slate is chiseled, shaped, and fitted into a connecting bracket that is attached to a powder-coated aluminum arm and base. Water flows from this arm and runs gracefully down the slate tile. Controlthe flow of water with the included, quiet, submersible pump. Polished river rocks are included to complete the look of this eye-catching fountain.

Care
Distilled water is always recommended; the water should be completely removed and cleaned about once every three months. The units (72 and larger) have a filtration system to keep the water free of debris. The units need to be topped off with water as to keep the pump completely submersed.
Maintenance of Pumps and Filters
The filters are re-usable; they can be rinsed out and replaced in the unit. The pumps have a one year warranty and do burn out occasionally. This is primarily due to the pump being run without proper water levels, causing it to burn out the motor. Bluworld does sell replacement pumps for the units. Bluworld pumps are specially manufactured as to insure that the noise level of the pump does not interfere with sound of falling water.

This easy to assemble tabletop water feature is our 4th fountain; so, we're very familiar with the pros and cons of these products. I would've liked to have seen more color in the piece of slate and variation in color.
The placement of the light is also an issue. Unless you're standing/sitting quite close to the "fountain," you wouldn't even know it was there. The only way to enjoy the light feature is to turn off any lights you may have on; and then, you're able to appreciate the light.
The copper color, we realize, is not true copper or plaited. Rather, it's painted on all surfaces; except for, of course, the slate. It's made only to look like real copper. The water flow is even and audible. Would we recommend this product to anyone else? Overall, yes. However, our comments need to be addressed. Reposition that light and provide more variation in the piece of slate.

the bowl of this is made of thin resin product which broke while I was assembling the hose. What a waste of money
