Description
Backgammon and chess are some of the oldest games still played today - celebrate their heritage by playing on the Mosaic Collector's Edition Backgammon and Chess Set. This exquisite features a detailed mosaic of exotic wood and mother-of-pearl inlays in the traditional patterns of the Middle and Far East. In folding case style, it features a chessboard on the outside, and backgammon on the inside. In between games, the pieces can be stored inside the board.
Also included is a complete set of matching wood chess pieces, hand-carved in a unique layered style and finished in light and dark natural finish. With a 1.75-inch king and 1.5-inch bases, they're perfectly suited for this or any other medium-sized chess board. A complete set of black and natural wood backgammon checkers and a pair of dice is also included. Board dimensions (unfolded): 21L x 20W x 3.5H inches.
