Description
The Muhl Sports Advanced Skills Batting Tee is designed to help experienced players perfect their bat skills and beginning players learn proper mechanics. This innovative swing trainer features a forward arm and outside swing barrier for a realistic experience and instant feedback. An improper swing results in the bat slapping the flexible polyurethane post or arm. The replaceable cup brush accommodates softballs, baseballs, or poly-balls, and delivers a clean "swish" through the ball without transferring any shock to the bat or hands. Batting practice will be safer, easier, and more effective with this premium tee.
- Realistically positioned forward arm forces you to level the bat at the point of contact, producing greater force and accuracy
- Arm pivots and rotates to place the ball anywhere within the strike zone so you can practice "hitting the ball where it's pitched"
- Outside barrier builds a compact swing and teaches you to keep the hands inside the ball; barrier rotates around the tee to accommodate left- and right-handed hitters
- Hollow, canteen-style base can be filled with sand or water and sealed with a rubber plug; when empty, the tee is lightweight for easy storage and transport

The order arrived sooner than expected. The batting tee is perfect for teaching my 7-8 year old players and developing a strong fundamental foundation with their swings. I used the same tee with my older son's 13-year old team with great results.

Good design. It really helps you keep from breaking your wrists too early in your swing. However, it may not be for adult use. I'm 6'0" and weigh 235 lbs and bought it to improve my softball swing. If you swing hard, the whole tee tips over even if there is water in the base. I broke the plastic base of the brush tee on the 5th swing after hitting the bottom half of the ball. If the base was much heavier and the tee itself more durable (rubber and taller), it would be a great product. I may return or try to make some modifications.
