I ordered this cabinet several months ago for home use. The bottom drawer is very difficult to use. I have to pull hard to get it completely open, then basically kick it shut to get it to close. The problem appears to be that the bottom board of the piece has warped somewhat and is jamming the drawer. The piece has been maintained in my home in a dry and climate-controlled condition.
