This unit features a 500-watt dehydrator with an adjustable thermostat (from 95 to 155 degrees F). Dry foods in hours with this powerful system, which operates via the patented Converga-Flow system. Converga-Flow forces air down the pressurized chamber that surrounds the food trays rather than through the trays themselves, resulting in fast, more nutritious drying. No tray rotation needed! Exterior light, which destroys the nutrition in dried food, is blocked by the opaque exterior of this unit. A top-mounted fan prevents dripping of liquids into the heating chamber.

This dehydrator comes complete with four food trays as well as a fruit roll sheet and two packs of original spices. It measures 9.75W x 13.5D x 13.5H inches and has a stylish gray finish. Compatible with Add-A-Tray accessories (sold separately).
