After receiving the arbor and finding missing parts and broken parts, reordering 2 different times to finally receive all the parts to put it together, it does look very pretty. I hope it holds up with the weather. For the price this should last a long time. I think that Hayneedle should review their packing department and their shipping department because this is where things feel real short for a service I expected much more out of.
