Panel = particle board. Stupid me for assuming a piece of furniture originally priced at over $800 is not made with a solid wood panel. I sat down and almost went through the back of it. Hayneedle's response was that I had 30 days to return it. Poor quality, poor service - I dont like to buy from companies who wont stand behind their products. Not discounted - overpriced.

This product is great. I was weary about buying a product that I had not seen in person. But it turned out great. It fits perfect inside my entryway. Better than anything I had seen in stores. Best of all it came fully assembled. Just took it right out of the box. Good quality. Good workmanship! I am very happy with this purchase!
