Bought 4 chairs, appeared very nice but one broke when it was sat in for the first time. There was a knot in the wood where the arm joined the back frame. My account was credited and cahir was replaced quickly. The other three chairs are fine.

Delivery was so timely. Ordered one day received the following day. The chairs were very easy to assemble and fit the purpose for which we ordered them. Love them!
Customer service is right on the ball...........One one the seats had a flaw and they are sending me a new one right away. I will certainly order from this site again.

arrived quickly ... personally didn't care for the packing material ... got all over the place ... directions were good ... quality of chair is not bad although there were several 'rough' areas on the frame and don't see how the seating is going to last long ... for the price, happy with my purchase ... by the way, as always ... customer service was stellar!
