Directors chair covers are designed to fit tightly. If chair braces do not fully open easily, sit in the chair until material stretches slightly, then extend braces.Care
- Remove cover and wash in cold water using a mild soap and a soft bristle brush.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- Return both canvas seat and back onto chair frame while still wet.
- Allow to air dry.

I purchased these chairs vice some others because some of the reviews of chairs on other sites said that you had to attach the footrest which was difficult to do as the holes did not align properly. These say NO ASSEMBLY required, and you do have to attach the footrest. That said, attaching the footrest is a breeze. The problem is that the chair will not fold wiht the footrest on. I purchased these chairs to use in my small home to use as extra dining room chairs that would easily fold for storage. It is a pain to take the footrest on and off everytime you use the chairs. I managed to rig one of the chairs to open and close by attaching the screw on one side and leaning the other side on the bolt that should be placed inside a hole pre-drilled in eother the footrest or frame. The chair is attractive and while I have not used them much, they seem durable. Definitely a good buy.

Everything was as described and shipping was on time. I purchased a similar item from a different company that I wouldn't never deal with again. I can't comment on this item's durability yet but all seems great at this point. I'd deal with this company again.

Both chairs ordered had noticeable defects on chair arms: dings, scratches that would need repair and disappointing for a products sold as new. The white chair also did not appear to have a laquered finish. Chairs also seemed to be a bit unsturdy.
