Over all the chair is a great product Easy to assemble and well put together. The first one I ordered came to me damaged and I had to call Hayneedle. THe folks at Hayneedle could not have been more supportive of the problem.I told them what the problem was and they had a new chair out to me in two days. I consider this excellent service. This was my first purchase from Hayneedle but it will not be the last. I Applaud these folks for the way they do business.
