Made from medium-density fiberboard, the kit allows you to expand your 1-inch-scale Newport dollhouse (sold separately) on the left side. It is constructed with 0.375-inch-thick upper floors. The rooftop balcony and two additional rooms provide more room for dolls and accessories, while adding gorgeous value to the dollhouse. The kit includes step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings. Not recommended for children under 3. Dimensions: 12W x 12D x 24H inches.
